Work Completed 01/07 – 01/11: Focus construction finished pouring the topping slab for Level 07, and began erecting the steel columns for Level 08-09 as well as the beams for Level 08. MEP trades have begun coring through the decks for their pipes and risers, and the exterior wall contractor began erecting exterior wall panels for Level 02. The masons have begun installing CMU walls on the interior on the grade and mezzanine level parking garage. A tower crane jump was successfully performed as well.
Work Scheduled 01/14 – 01/18: Focus Construction will finish erecting the steel beams for Level 08 and will begin erecting precast plank towards the end of the week. The exterior wall contractor will continue erecting the exterior wall panels for Level 02 and will begin laying out walls for Level 03. Windows for Level 02 will begin to be installed as well. MEP trades will continue coring through the decks for their equipment, and the mason will continue building his CMU walls on the interior grade and mezzanine level.
